My name is Sahar, I live in Won Kwang Sa zen temple in Esztergom, where I am serving as a Dharma-teacher.

I have lived there for more than half a year, and participated in a 90 day Zen retreat called Kyolche.

Our mind is like a sky fully covered with clouds,

Creating future, holding the past,

Bringing work home and bringing home to work..

But beyond all the clouds, the sky is blue.

So how do we see more clearly?

How to be present in every action?

how can we become one?

How to have a stronger intuition, and flow with what life brings us,

and how to give back?

I would love to share from my daily life experience,

And invite you all for practicing together,

To have a sitting meditation,

To come back to the moment before thinking, to our true nature, to the silence,

To become one!
